If you got a confirmation e-mail not from us, but from a payment processor, please send as many payment details to us so that we can find your transaction and make sure the days are credited to your account:
- Date of payment
- Email you used
- Transaction number
- Order number
- Payment method (VISA, MasterCard, etc.)
- Transaction amount
- Any other relevant details that may help us find your transaction.
